Extreme makeovers...what a tragic tv show. It makes me puke to think that we have sunk to this...go through harsh medical junk and viola! you will be loved, admired, and considered a success. Bull! Well it *might* be true in music, there looks seem to matter a whole lot more than talent. But in the rest of the world, even Hollywood, looks don't mean EVERYTHING. Just look at Quentin Tarantino, Julia Roberts, and business world tycoon Donald Trump. Even a reallly bad comb-over hasn't hurt him.
Forget all of the cutting and chopping. Leave that to your garden.

How to Roast A Rib
Okay I keep losing this so I am posting it here for me and well, you too.

Start at 450. Make little slits and insert garlic slivers. S & P the whole thing. Roast 25 mins. THEN (this is the secret part) Turn down to 350 and continue for 1 hour (that's for a 6 lb roast...3 ribs)
Then make up some horseradish mixed with sour cream and whee-ho! you will be soooooooo HAPPY
