In an effort to raise money to buy a house, my friend J has signed up to go crabbing in Alaska. It’s not an easy task. The crew will go out on a fishing vessel to bring in the largest catch of Alaskan King Crabs they can manage. It’s an event that happens only three times a year. He will earn between $3800 and $32,000. It’s all based on the catch divvied up among the crew. 3 to 5 crewpeople die each year.
Last fall a crew was doing some work in the crawlspace of a house near me. I saw the concrete truck guy pouring cement right into the house via a big chute. Later that day a man came over. His arms and legs were very red. He asked if I had any vinegar. He poured it all over his blistered skin. When I asked if he needed medical attention, he said no, happens all of the time. The lye in the cement eats your skin.
I am wondering just what kind of jobs Americans are unwilling to do. Bush seems to think there are lots of them. Of course he sits on his royal tuffet and doesn’t have much contact with the real citizens. And he likes to promote the Fox alien agenda.
National Security is a joke.
A group of Arizonans has taken the “broken border” issue into their own hands BRAVO! And in the past few months have rooted out over 6000 illegals from 26 countries that have entered the U.S. illegally via Arizona.
Remember that the next time your pawed in an airport.
36 U.S. soldiers were killed the day that Bush gave his speech saying all is going well in Iraq.
The religious right saw Bush’s election as some sort of mandate to stomp the world down with repressive, get in line, stop touching your genitals, delete shit, piss, dirtytalk. Religion is full of hypocrites who do bad things MOLLESTATION to innocent children, have affairs, visit toots and then tell you to SEND MONEY to advance their ministries of gaudy greed. They have taken the divine and turned it pukey.
(My zine site was taken down due to violation of terms. It seems as through a relig-righter didn't take too well to a story I posted. It was by another writer who took on Bush and religious quacks. No Free Speech here!)
It is hip and clever to call everything ordinary when life is anything but mundane.
Look at people’s actions, not their words. That is who they really are and what they are promoting.
LIAR

I'm not a journalists or a therapist...I'm an artist and a painter. Although too much of what I paint these days has political content which most folks aren't too interested in hanging on their walls. I recently bought an astonishing expressionistic abstract piece titled "Kings Will Fall" to hang in my living room. Doesn't even match the furniture. Imagine that.

You can live lite or take a bite of the world and let things fall where they may.

Funny thing...I saw Michael Moore acting in some old comedy. It sort of blew any respect I had for him as a documentary person. I guess he's just as Hollywood as anyone else.

Could you tell my bf to turn over! He sticks all of his pointy things toward me...not that...I mean elbows and knees. I can't sleep with so many protrubances. I like it better when he turns over and I can snuggle right up to him. He is sooooooooooo hot. VOOOOOOOOOOOOM.
